Hello Everyone! Today,we are making a delicious Fall treat that is not only a breeze to make, but doesn’t even require that many ingredients. You can complete the entire recipe in about 20 minutes even! We are making a lovely fall treat that combines Pumpkin and Spice and Apples together to make Pumpkin Spice Muffins with Apples!

These muffins are so easy because they start with a bag or box mix and get delicious things added to them so that they truly become something completely different. People won’t even know that they are semi-homemade unless you tell them. I have always liked this saying that was coined by a Food Network chef, Sandra Lee. She used to have a great show that was all about some great shortcuts that saved money, but still tasted great. She even had great tables capes and holiday decor ideas. Sadly, she isn’t on Food Network anymore and her show doesn’t air anymore, but I think you can still find her recipes on Food Network.

See how few ingredients it takes? You could even do less if you didn’t want to add more Pumpkin Pie Spice and Apple Cider Mix. They really add spectacular flavor though so I suggest adding them.

Add the chopped and peeled apples into the bowl and stir around.
