2019 - A Year of Personal Growth

Welcome to 2019!!! I hope you can look back at your 2018 and smile, but if you’re like us you probably had a couple cringe worthy moments. We have decided that 2019 will be the year of personal growth and self care!

We broke growth calendar down into weeks and will be giving you updates weekly on how everything is going. We’ll even give you a little more info before the week starts.

JANUARY WEEK 1:

It’s as easy as it sounds, right? Cut out all of the crap and drink water! That means clearing out your cabinets and getting rid of all the left over Christmas candy and chips that you for some reason didn’t finish stuffing your face with. We’ve also labeled processed food as crap. It’s time to try eating as natural as possible. Water is going to be a new one for Mom and Jennifer and I will absolutely support it! I’ve been drinking as close to a gallon of water a day for a month or so now. Water is a goal that is listed in week 1, but it going to be a goal that continues all year.

This is going to be a family wide initiative so don’t be surprised to hear from others regarding our 2019 - Year of Personal Growth!!
